Welcome to Fexo AI Object Counter — your powerful on-device object counting companion. At Fexo FZC LLC, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("the App"), which allows you to point your camera at a scene, detect objects with AI, count them automatically, and save or share the results.
By using Fexo AI Object Counter, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We are committed to minimal data collection. Fexo AI Object Counter does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

We do NOT: Sell personal information, upload your photos, access camera content for any purpose other than counting at your request, track your location, or use data for advertising profiling.
Local-First Approach: All images you capture, counting history, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device. We maintain no remote database containing your captured content.
Security Practices: We follow industry best practices: encrypted data transmission (where applicable), secure API communication only for crash reporting, and regular security reviews.
Retention: Since all counting data lives on your device, you can clear app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all information at any time.
Fexo AI Object Counter requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its detection and counting features. Below is a full breakdown:

We use limited third-party tools solely to maintain app quality:

Fexo AI Object Counter is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will ensure data is promptly removed. Camera and microphone permissions should be used under parental guidance for younger users.
