Welcome to Fexo Assistive Touch (package com.fexo.assistive.touch.app) — your floating shortcut companion for faster device control. At Fexo FZC LLC, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("the App"), which places a customisable touch button on your screen so you can reach navigation gestures, quick toggles, and favourite apps from anywhere.
By using Fexo Assistive Touch, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We are committed to minimal data collection. Fexo Assistive Touch does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

We do NOT: Sell personal information, upload your screen content, read what you type or view for any purpose other than performing the action you requested, track your location, or use data for advertising profiling.
Local-First Approach: All shortcuts you create, panel configurations, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device. We maintain no remote database containing your settings or activity.
Security Practices: We follow industry best practices: encrypted data transmission (where applicable), secure API communication only for crash reporting, and regular security reviews.
Retention: Since all app data lives on your device, you can clear app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all information at any time.
Fexo Assistive Touch requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its floating panel and quick-control features. Below is a full breakdown:

| Screen Capture Service | Powers the optional screenshot and screen-record shortcuts. It runs only for the moment you trigger that action, and the result is saved to your device. |

| Internet Access | Loads in-app content, optional ads, and update checks. The app works offline for all core touch-panel features. |
| Notifications | Shows the ongoing service notice required by Android and any alerts you enable. You can turn these off in system settings. |
| Installed Apps List | Reads the names and icons of your installed apps so you can pick which ones to add as shortcuts on the touch panel. This list is never uploaded. |

Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have rights over your data. Since all user-generated content is stored locally:
Fexo Assistive Touch is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will ensure data is promptly removed. Camera and microphone permissions should be used under parental guidance for younger users.
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant updates, we will notify you via in-app notice or on our website.
