This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("the App"), which allows you to scan your device storage, recover deleted photos, videos and files, and restore your lost content.
By using Fexo Data Recovery, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We are committed to minimal data collection. Fexo Data Recovery does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

Security Practices: We follow industry best practices: encrypted data transmission (where applicable), secure API communication only for crash reporting, and regular security reviews.
Retention: Since all recovery data lives on your device, you can clear app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all information at any time.

Fexo Data Recovery is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will ensure data is promptly removed. Storage and media permissions should be used under parental guidance for younger users.
