Welcome to Fexo FlashLight Alert — your flashlight and alert companion. At Fexo FZC LLC, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("the App"), which allows you to use your device flash as a torch and to flash alerts for incoming calls, messages, and notifications.
By using Fexo FlashLight Alert, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We are committed to minimal data collection. Fexo FlashLight Alert does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

We do NOT: Sell personal information, read the contents of your calls or messages, access your camera for any purpose other than controlling the flash at your request, or track your location.
Local-First Approach: All alert settings you create, flash patterns, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device. We maintain no remote database containing your personal content.
Security Practices: We follow industry best practices: encrypted data transmission (where applicable), secure API communication only for crash reporting and ad delivery, and regular security reviews.
Retention: Since all app data lives on your device, you can clear app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all information at any time.
Fexo FlashLight Alert requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its flashlight and alert features. Below is a full breakdown:

| Phone State | Detects when a call is ringing so the flash alert can be triggered. The app reads only the ringing state — never your call history, contacts, or conversations. |

Fexo FlashLight Alert is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will ensure data is promptly removed. Flash alert and torch features should be used under parental guidance for younger users.
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant updates, we will notify you via in-app notice or on our website.
