Welcome to Fexo Gesture — your fast gesture-launcher companion. At Fexo FZC LLC, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("the App", package com.fexo.gesture.fexogestureapp), which lets you draw custom gestures on a floating overlay and instantly launch the apps you assign to them.
By using Fexo Gesture, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We are committed to minimal data collection. Fexo Gesture does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

We do NOT: Sell personal information, upload your gestures or app assignments, access overlay content for any purpose other than gesture matching at your request, track your location, or use data for advertising profiling.
Local-First Approach: All gestures you create, app assignments, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device. We maintain no remote database containing your gesture or assignment data.
Security Practices: We follow industry best practices: encrypted data transmission (where applicable), secure API communication only for crash reporting, and regular security reviews.
Retention: Since all gesture data lives on your device, you can clear app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all information at any time.
Fexo Gesture requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its gesture-launching and overlay features. Below is a full breakdown:

We use limited third-party tools solely to maintain app quality:

Fexo Gesture is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will ensure data is promptly removed. Overlay and notification permissions should be used under parental guidance for younger users.
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant updates, we will notify you via in-app notice or on our website.
