This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("the App"), which allows you to enhance, restore, and upscale your photos, capture new images with your camera, and save or share your results.

We are committed to minimal data collection. Fexo Photo Enhancer does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

Retention: Since all recording data lives on your device, you can clear app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all information at any time.
Fexo Photo Enhancer requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its photo enhancement and editing features. Below is a full breakdown:

| Internet Access | Used to load app settings and ads. Your photos are never uploaded; all enhancement happens on your device. |
| Notifications | Shows the progress of batch enhancements and lets you know when your photos are ready. You can turn notifications off at any time. |
| Photo Access | On Android 10 and older, lets the app open the photos you choose to enhance. Newer Android versions use the system photo picker and do not need this permission. |

Fexo Photo Enhancer is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will ensure data is promptly removed. Camera and microphone permissions should be used under parental guidance for younger users.
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant updates, we will notify you via in-app notice or on our website.
