Welcome to Fexo Property Manager — your powerful rental property companion. At Fexo FZC LLC, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("the App"), which allows you to track properties and tenants, record rent payments, schedule payment reminders, and review your portfolio.
By using Fexo Property Manager, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We are committed to minimal data collection. Fexo Property Manager does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

We do NOT: Sell personal information, upload your property records, access tenant or payment data for any purpose other than displaying it at your request, track your location, or use data for advertising profiling.
Local-First Approach: All records you create, payment history, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device. We maintain no remote database containing your property or tenant records.
Security Practices: We follow industry best practices: encrypted data transmission (where applicable), secure API communication only for crash reporting, and regular security reviews.
Retention: Since all property data lives on your device, you can clear app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all information at any time.
Fexo Property Manager requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its tracking and reminder features. Below is a full breakdown:

| Exact Alarms | Schedules exact alarms and timers so rent reminders arrive on the precise day and time you chose, rather than hours later. |
| Biometric Unlock | Authenticates you using your device biometrics to keep your property and tenant records private. Biometric data never leaves your device. |
| Fingerprint Unlock | Authenticates you using the fingerprint sensor on older devices that do not support the newer biometric system. Optional and can be disabled. |
| Vibration | Vibrates your device for notifications and touch feedback. Purely cosmetic and can be turned off in your system settings. |
We use limited third-party tools solely to maintain app quality:
No advertising SDKs, no tracking SDKs for cross-app profiling, and no data brokers. Your records stay yours, always.

Fexo Property Manager is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will ensure data is promptly removed. Biometric and notification permissions should be used under parental guidance for younger users.
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant updates, we will notify you via in-app notice or on our website.
