Welcome to Fexo Tuition manager — your complete tuition and coaching management companion. At Fexo FZC LLC, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("the App"), which allows you to manage students, schedule classes, track attendance, record fee payments, and send reminders.
By using Fexo Tuition manager, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We are committed to minimal data collection. Fexo Tuition manager does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

We do NOT: Sell personal information, upload your student records, access your data for any purpose other than running the App at your request, track your location, or use data for advertising profiling.
Local-First Approach: All student records you create, attendance and fee history, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device. We maintain no remote database containing your tuition data.
Security Practices: We follow industry best practices: encrypted data transmission (where applicable), secure API communication only for crash reporting, and regular security reviews.
Retention: Since all tuition data lives on your device, you can clear app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all information at any time.
Fexo Tuition manager requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its scheduling, attendance and fee-reminder features. Below is a full breakdown:

| Notifications | Shows reminders on your device for upcoming classes and pending fee payments so you never miss a session or a due date. |
| Start After Restart | Restores your scheduled class and fee reminders after the device reboots, so they keep working without you having to open the app again. |
| Schedule Exact Alarms | Schedules reminders to fire at the precise time a class begins or a fee falls due, instead of being delayed by the system. |
| Biometric Unlock | Lets you lock the app behind your fingerprint, face unlock, or device PIN so only you can view your student and fee records. Your biometric data never leaves your device. |
| Exact Alarms | Delivers time-sensitive class and fee alerts exactly on time, which is required for reminders to be useful. |

We use limited third-party tools solely to maintain app quality:
No advertising SDKs, no tracking SDKs for cross-app profiling, and no data brokers. Your student records stay yours, always.
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have rights over your data. Since all user-generated content is stored locally:
Fexo Tuition manager is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will ensure data is promptly removed. Camera and notification permissions should be used under parental guidance for younger users.
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant updates, we will notify you via in-app notice or on our website.
