Welcome to Fexo Warranty — your personal warranty and receipt keeper. At Fexo FZC LLC, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("the App"), which allows you to store receipts, track product warranties, and receive timely reminders before they expire.
By using Fexo Warranty, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We are committed to minimal data collection. Fexo Warranty does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

We do NOT: Sell personal information, upload your receipts, access your warranty records for any purpose other than tracking at your request, or track your location.
Local-First Approach: All receipts you add, warranty records, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device. We maintain no remote database containing your warranty content.
Security Practices: We follow industry best practices: encrypted data transmission (where applicable), secure API communication only for crash reporting and ad delivery, and regular security reviews.
Retention: Since all warranty data lives on your device, you can clear app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all information at any time.
Fexo Warranty requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its tracking and reminder features. Below is a full breakdown:

Fexo Warranty is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will ensure data is promptly removed. Notification and biometric permissions should be used under parental guidance for younger users.
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant updates, we will notify you via in-app notice or on our website.
