Welcome to Fexo Medical ID — your personal emergency medical profile. At Fexo FZC LLC, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("the App"), which allows you to store your medical details, list emergency contacts, set medication reminders, and send an emergency alert when you need help.
By using Fexo Medical ID, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We are committed to minimal data collection. Fexo Medical ID does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

We do NOT: Sell personal information, upload your medical profile, access your medical details for any purpose other than displaying them at your request, track your location in the background, or use data for advertising profiling.
Local-First Approach: All medical information you enter, emergency contacts, reminder schedules, and app preferences are stored exclusively on your device. We maintain no remote database containing your medical content.
Security Practices: We follow industry best practices: encrypted data transmission (where applicable), secure API communication only for crash reporting, and regular security reviews. Optional biometric app lock keeps your profile private on a shared device.
Retention: Since all medical data lives on your device, you can clear app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all information at any time.
Fexo Medical ID requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its emergency and medical-profile features. Below is a full breakdown:

Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you have rights over your data. Since all user-generated content is stored locally:
Fexo Medical ID is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will ensure data is promptly removed. Location, SMS and camera permissions should be used under parental guidance for younger users.
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant updates, we will notify you via in-app notice or on our website.
